We are proud of our Sauk Prairie roots. We’ve been a part of our community’s patchwork for almost 100 years – and we intend to continue that tradition for another 100.
Our firm was originally established in the early 1930s by Attorney Charles J. Ploetz. With the addition of Gerald T. Glynn in the 1960s, our firm officially became Ploetz & Glynn. Over the years, we’ve grown, changed, and been made stronger by incorporating additional attorneys: Patrick J. Taggart, Sauk County Circuit Court Judge; Carl R. Marquardt; Robert Curtin, Sauk County Circuit Court Judge; Dale Carlson; Rick Koeck; and Franklin R. Kirk.
Today, our firm has three practicing attorneys ready to serve you: Jama S. Graves, Gina D. Nugent and Stephanie Zulkoski. We are owned by Kirk and Graves LLC, utilizing the business name Kirk Graves & Nugent.
As of June 2022, the second branch of Kirk Graves & Nugent opened in Waunakee, WI. This expansion allows us to better serve our clients in the broader Madison area and gives us space to continue to grow as a firm. We look forward to getting to know the Waunakee community and being involved in all the fun there as well.

Fee Structure
